Zellwood was established in 1995 and has been run by the same family ever since. We built the business around retail distribution: chilled and frozen product moving from supplier to distribution centre to store, in windows that do not move.
Today we offer a complete distribution solution — contract management, warehousing and transport — as a one stop shop for customers who would rather hold one supplier accountable than coordinate three. Everything is tracked by satellite, with delivery history retained and trailer temperatures recorded in real time.
We are a private company. Our management team is experienced and empowered to make decisions quickly, which matters on the mornings when a plan has to change before six. And because we have grown largely through recommendations from existing customers, service is not a marketing line here — it is the entire sales strategy.
