Contract management
We run your distribution as a managed contract, not a list of jobs.
Zellwood takes responsibility for the whole operation — planning routes, resourcing drivers and equipment, managing the day-to-day exceptions and reporting against the service levels we agree with you. Because we are a private company with an experienced management team, decisions that would take a week elsewhere get made on the call.

Warehousing
Storage and handling positioned where the routes begin.
Stock is held, picked and consolidated in North County Dublin, minutes from the M1 and Dublin Port routes, so loads leave early and arrive in the delivery window. Handling, consolidation and cross-docking are run by the same team that moves the freight, which keeps the handover tight.

Temperature-controlled transport
Chilled and frozen retail freight, carried at the temperature you specify.
Our refrigerated units carry chilled and frozen product to retail distribution centres and stores across the island. Temperature is monitored in real time for the whole journey and logged, so the record exists before anybody asks for it. Tail lifts and double deck trailers mean we can serve both the depot and the high street.

International haulage
Fully licensed movements between Ireland and the UK.
Zellwood holds full international haulage licensing, with goods-in-transit and liability cover in place. We are a member of the Irish Road Haulage Association: goods are carried nationally and between the UK and Ireland under the 2008 Conditions of Carriage, with CMR conditions applying to carriage beyond.

Satellite fleet tracking
Every vehicle reports its position by satellite, and each job keeps a full delivery history. When a store rings about a drop, we can answer from the screen.
Real-time temperature tracking
Trailer temperature is monitored continuously and recorded against the load, giving you an audit trail that satisfies retail compliance teams.
Delivery history on file
Proof of delivery, timings and temperature data are retained and can be sent on request — no reconstructing the day from memory.
